Cloud Installations. (2020).
These installations branch out from the previous bundle series, still paired with poetics based on personal memories and experiences but leaving the confines of the net. The narratives herein concern explore the role of ‘the road’ as tied to experience and understanding of memory, self, and landscape.

“The moon was on my left at 4 am and I went south to go east to go home. Or the moon was on my left at 4 am and I went south to go east to leave home. Or the moon was on my left and I was just driving, driving, driving, until I arrived somewhere I had to be. Or the moon was on my left and I was turning around to only turn around and then turn around again. West to east to west to east to west to east to west to east to west to east to west to east to west to east to west to east to west to east to west to east to west to east to west and the moon was on my left.”

“The sound of bright orange yellow and pale red passing by whomph, whomph, whooshh for miles of highway. A blizzard and we are lost. The sound of the light passing by, illuminating the dark patterned fabric in pure yellow. The feeling of light as it swept across my face, cheek cold against the frosted glass window. Were you worried, anxious, lost, as the sound of miles called you forward.”
